一、學(xué)校簡介

西北政法大學(xué)位于中國陜西省西安市，建于1937年，是一所法學(xué)特色鮮明，哲學(xué)、經(jīng)濟(jì)學(xué)、管理學(xué)、文學(xué)等學(xué)科相互支撐、協(xié)調(diào)發(fā)展的多科性大學(xué)。學(xué)校是中國法治人才培養(yǎng)基地，是被譽(yù)為政法人才培養(yǎng)國家隊(duì)的“五院四系”之一，是中國西北地區(qū)法學(xué)教育、法學(xué)研究中心和人文社會(huì)科學(xué)研究的重要基地。

I.?University Profiles

Northwest University of Political Science and Law (NWUPL), founded in 1937, is located in Xi’an, Shaanxi Province, China. NWUPL is a multi-disciplinary university well known for its legal academics and enjoys a distinguished reputation in philosophy, economics, management and literature. As a national training base for legal talents, it is known as the membership of the national team for political and legal talents cultivation, and an important base for legal education and research, as well as humanities and social science research in Northwest China.

?Currently, NWUPL owns 18 schools, 7 national first-class undergraduate majors, and 15 provincial first-class majors. Meanwhile, it boasts a team of more than 1,000 faculty members led by ChangJiang Scholars and leading talents of the national?“Ten Thousand People Plan”, and has more than 16,000 undergraduate and postgraduate students.

NWUPL has cultivated over 180,000 high-quality talents with good virtues, by sticking to its motto Rigorous, Realistic, Civilized, Fair. It is one of the first batch of universities to implement?“the Excellent Legal Talent Education and Training Program”?in the country, Foreign Lawyers and Foreign Arbitration Training Program of the Ministry of Education, and the International Organization Talent Training Program on the Rule of law. NWUPL has attached great importance to international exchanges and cooperation, and established cooperative relations with more than 70 famous universities and institutes in the US, the UK, Germany, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan and other countries in an effort to reach the world-class level in terms of talent training, teaching staff construction, and scientific research. As one of the founding universities of the SCO Law University Alliance and Silk Road University Alliance, NWUPL actively advances the development of?“Belt and Road Initiative (BRI)”, and is dedicated to reaching a higher level in terms of legal theory research on Silk Road area and promoting the legal culture exchange.

二、項(xiàng)目介紹

我校開展來華留學(xué)生本科、碩士、博士學(xué)歷教育,學(xué)生在規(guī)定學(xué)習(xí)期限內(nèi)，完成相應(yīng)培養(yǎng)計(jì)劃規(guī)定內(nèi)容，成績合格，學(xué)校頒發(fā)畢業(yè)證書，符合相應(yīng)學(xué)位授予條件，學(xué)校授予學(xué)位證書。

我校同時(shí)開展來華留學(xué)生漢語進(jìn)修項(xiàng)目，進(jìn)修時(shí)間為1個(gè)學(xué)期，學(xué)生在學(xué)習(xí)期限內(nèi)完成規(guī)定學(xué)習(xí)內(nèi)容，學(xué)校頒發(fā)結(jié)業(yè)證書。

II. Programs?Introduction

The university will issue graduation certificates to international students who have completed the corresponding training programs within the specified study period and have passed the exams, and the university will award the degree certificates if they meet the requirements of the corresponding degrees.

The university also carries out the Chinese language Program for international students, which lasts for one semester. Students will be issued?the?certificate of completion after completing the required courses within the study period.

四、獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金

學(xué)校建立來華留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助制度，設(shè)立各種類型層次獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金，幫助來華留學(xué)生在校學(xué)習(xí)生活。

1.“西安市‘中亞五國’留學(xué)生教育培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目專項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”。該獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金僅資助來自哈薩克斯坦、吉爾吉斯斯坦、塔吉克斯坦、烏茲別克斯坦和土庫曼斯坦的本科學(xué)歷生，學(xué)制為“1+4”，其中第一年為語言預(yù)科學(xué)習(xí)，其余四年為專業(yè)學(xué)習(xí)。獲資助留學(xué)生可享受全額獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金、報(bào)銷國際旅費(fèi)，并每年發(fā)給生活補(bǔ)貼。本獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金需要留學(xué)生在申請(qǐng)入學(xué)資格時(shí)同時(shí)提交獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金申請(qǐng)。

2．“陜西省三秦外國留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”和“西安市‘一帶一路’外國留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”，資助對(duì)象為所有層次留學(xué)生，留學(xué)生入學(xué)后可根據(jù)條件申請(qǐng)，獲資助資格后由學(xué)校定期發(fā)放生活補(bǔ)貼。

3．“西北政法大學(xué)‘一帶一路’來華留學(xué)生獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”。該獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金資助對(duì)象為所有層次留學(xué)生，留學(xué)生入學(xué)后可根據(jù)條件申請(qǐng)，包括基礎(chǔ)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金和生活補(bǔ)貼?；A(chǔ)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金為免除學(xué)費(fèi)、住宿費(fèi)，留學(xué)生需在入學(xué)前申請(qǐng)。生活補(bǔ)貼將根據(jù)留學(xué)生（限學(xué)歷生）在校學(xué)習(xí)期間綜合表現(xiàn)，按學(xué)期評(píng)審后發(fā)放。

IV. Scholarship

1.?Xi'an?Special Scholarship for the Education and Training Program for 'Five Central Asian Countries' (Kazakhstan, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan,?Turkmenistan, Kyrgyzstan)?Students, who?will be enrolled to study in?one-year?language preparatory stage, and to study in?4 years?undergraduate stage.?The scholarship is?full scholarship,?also include reimbursement of international travel expenses?and living allowance?every academic year.

2.?“Shaanxi San?Qin?International StudentScholarship”?and?“Xi’an?‘theBelt and Road’?International StudentScholarship”,?both??provide living allowance?for?internationalstudents,?who?can apply according to the conditions after enrolling.

3.?University?has founded?“'the Belt and Road'?Excellent ?International StudentScholarship”,?which includes basic scholarship (tuition?and?accommodation?are?waived) and living allowance.?The living allowance will be awarded according to the?degree-program?students’ overall performance during their study period.

五、申請(qǐng)資格

1．18周歲以上，身心健康。申請(qǐng)西安市“中亞五國”留學(xué)生教育培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目專項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的留學(xué)生需要在25周歲以下；

2．申請(qǐng)本科項(xiàng)目、漢語進(jìn)修項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生需高中畢業(yè)以上學(xué)歷；申請(qǐng)碩士研究生項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生需本科及以上學(xué)歷，具有學(xué)士學(xué)位；申請(qǐng)博士研究生項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生需碩士及以上學(xué)歷，具有碩士學(xué)位；

3．持有有效的中國以外國家護(hù)照或中國以外國籍證明文件4 年（含）以上，且最近四年（截至入學(xué)年度的4月30日前）之內(nèi)有在該護(hù)照（國籍證明文件）簽發(fā)國實(shí)際居住2年以上的記錄（一年中實(shí)際居住滿9個(gè)月可按一年計(jì)算，以入境和出境簽章為準(zhǔn)），申請(qǐng)西安市“中亞五國”留學(xué)生教育培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目專項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金的學(xué)生需持有有效的“中亞五國”國家護(hù)照或國籍證明文件；

4．申請(qǐng)本科項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生需通過新漢語水平考試（HSK）4級(jí)；申請(qǐng)碩士、博士研究生項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生需通過新漢語水平考試（HSK）5級(jí)；申請(qǐng)漢語進(jìn)修項(xiàng)目的學(xué)生不作語言要求；

5．遵紀(jì)守法，無犯罪記錄。

V.Qualifications for Application

1. 18 years old or above, physically and mentally healthy.?Students applying for?Special Scholarship for the?“Xi'an 'Five Central Asian Countries' Education and Training Program”?need to be under the age of 25;

2. Applicants for the undergraduate program and the Chinese language training program must have graduated from high school or above; Students applying for the postgraduate program must have a bachelor’s degree or above; Students applying for the doctoral program must have a master’s degree or above.

3. Applicants should hold a valid passport of a country other than China or a document certifying nationality other than China for at least 4 years (inclusive), and have actually resided in the issuing country of the passport (document certifying nationality) for at least 2 years within the last 4 years (before April 30 of the admission year) (actual residence of 9 months in a year can be counted as one year, based on the entry and exit stamps).?Students applying for?“Special Scholarship for the Xi'an 'Five Central Asian Countries' Education and Training Program”?need to hold a valid national passport or??nationality certificate?of one country from?"Five Central Asian Countries".

4. Applicants for the undergraduate program must?have?passed?the New Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) Level 4; Applicants for the postgraduate and doctoral programs must?have?passed?the New Chinese Proficiency Test (HSK) Level 5;?There is no language requirement for applicants?of?the Chinese Language Program.

5. Applicants should be law-abiding and have no criminal record.

具體報(bào)名材料包括：

1．最高學(xué)歷畢業(yè)證書（應(yīng)屆畢業(yè)生可先提供預(yù)畢業(yè)證明）原件或公證件；

2．最高學(xué)歷階段成績單原件或公證件，各類獎(jiǎng)勵(lì)證書原件或公證件；

3．新漢語水平考試（HSK）成績單（漢語進(jìn)修項(xiàng)目免提交）。申請(qǐng)“西安市‘中亞五國’留學(xué)生教育培訓(xùn)計(jì)劃項(xiàng)目專項(xiàng)獎(jiǎng)學(xué)金”的留學(xué)生須達(dá)到三級(jí)或同等水平，申請(qǐng)本科學(xué)歷教育須四級(jí)200分以上，申請(qǐng)研究生學(xué)歷教育原則上需通過五級(jí)；

4．有效普通護(hù)照首頁、所有簽證頁及護(hù)照照片；

5．《外國人體格檢查表》（最近4個(gè)月內(nèi)）；

6．經(jīng)濟(jì)保證證明原件及中文公證件；

7．無犯罪記錄證明（最近4個(gè)月內(nèi)）；

8．學(xué)校推薦信；

9.?申請(qǐng)碩士、博士研究生項(xiàng)目需提交兩名教授或副教授（或相當(dāng)職稱人員）推薦信；

10．申請(qǐng)碩士、博士研究生項(xiàng)目需提交個(gè)人陳述（手寫，包括申請(qǐng)者的學(xué)術(shù)或?qū)I(yè)興趣及背景、計(jì)劃研究的方向、未來的職業(yè)目標(biāo)等）

Application materials include:

1. Original or notarized highest education certificate (recent?graduates may first provide a certificate of graduation).

2. Original or notarized transcripts of the highest?education, original or notarized certificates of various awards.

3. 7. Non-criminal record (within the last 4 months).

8. A letter of recommendation from the university.

9.Two recommendation letters from professors or associate professors (or equivalent) for?postgraduate?and doctoral programs.

10. Personal statement (handwritten, including the applicant’s academic or professional interests and background, planned research directions, future career goals, etc.) for?postgraduate?or doctoral program.

八、考核與錄取

入學(xué)考核采取材料評(píng)審、筆試和面試相結(jié)合的方式，綜合考查學(xué)生學(xué)歷背景、學(xué)術(shù)水平、語言能力、身份資格。

錄取結(jié)果最遲在8月1日前通過指定聯(lián)系電話或電子郵件通知學(xué)生，錄取通知書和簽證申請(qǐng)材料隨后寄出。

VIII.Assessment and Admission

The admission assessment is a combination of material evaluation, written test,?interview, and a comprehensive test of students’ academic background, academic level, language ability and status qualification.

The admission results will be notified?via?telephone or email before August?1st.?Admission letters and JW202 Forms will be sent to the final confirmed students?afterwards.

九、入學(xué)時(shí)間

被錄取來華留學(xué)生報(bào)到時(shí)間擬定于9月初，具體時(shí)間以《西北政法大學(xué)來華留學(xué)生錄取通知書》為準(zhǔn)。

?IX.Enrollment Time

The?enrollment?time for international students is proposed to be in early September, and the specific time is determined by the Notice of Acceptance of International Students of Northwest University of Political Science and Law.

十、費(fèi)用（以人民幣為計(jì)價(jià)單位）

1.?本科生學(xué)費(fèi)每年14000元；碩士研究生學(xué)費(fèi)每年18000元；博士研究生學(xué)費(fèi)每年26000元；漢語進(jìn)修生學(xué)費(fèi)每學(xué)期8000元；

2.?住宿費(fèi)每年1500元，每學(xué)期750元；

3.?本科生教材費(fèi)每年約700元；碩士、博士研究生教材費(fèi)每年約600元；漢語進(jìn)修生教材費(fèi)每學(xué)期約300元；

4.?保險(xiǎn)費(fèi)用每年800元，每學(xué)期400元；

5.?居留許可辦理費(fèi)每年400元；

6.?體檢復(fù)核費(fèi)約350元。

X. Fees

1. Undergraduate tuition fee is RMB 14,000 per year; graduate tuition fee is RMB 18,000 per year; Doctoral tuition fee is RMB 26,000 per year; Advanced Chinese language tuition fee is RMB 8,000 per semester.

2. Accommodation fees are RMB?1500 per year and RMB?750 per semester.

3. Undergraduate textbook fee is approximately RMB 700 per year; graduate and doctoral student textbook fees are approximately RMB 600 per year; Chinese language textbook fee is approximately RMB 300 per semester.

4. Insurance fees are RMB 800 per year and RMB 400 per semester.

5. Residence permit processing fee is RMB 400 per year

6. Medical examination review fee is about RMB 350.

十一、住宿

留學(xué)生安排在長安校區(qū)學(xué)生公寓住宿，公寓為4人間，除基礎(chǔ)生活設(shè)施外，配備有空調(diào)、獨(dú)立衛(wèi)生間，可淋浴。

XI. Accommodation

The international students will be accommodated in students’ apartment in Chang’an Campus, which is equipped with air conditioning, private bathroom and shower, in addition to basic living facilities.
